Background
Triggers and Shappers (T&S) Foundation is a registered non-governmental and non-profit organization established under the Companies Act of 1963, limited by guarantee. Founded by a team of three talented individuals specializing in IT education, financial modeling, and social work, T&S aims to empower young people in deprived and vulnerable communities in Ghana and beyond. Since its establishment in 2014, T&S has fostered a unique Mentor-Mentee model. Triggers represent young mentee students and entrepreneurs with talents in IT, while Shappers are experienced mentors who have self-actualized in IT or related academic disciplines. Together, they shape and guide the next generation of innovators and leaders.
